Privacy Policy

This policy covers information collected through peryx.ai and information processed on behalf of customers by the Peryx platform. Customer operational telemetry is governed primarily by the agreement in place with that customer; where the two differ, the agreement controls.

From this website: information you submit through the contact form (name, work email, company, role, inquiry type, and message), and standard server request data.

From the platform: operational telemetry supplied by a customer under contract, processed in an isolated tenant.

Website submissions are used to respond to your inquiry and, where you have opted in, to send occasional product and engineering updates. We do not sell personal information.

Customer telemetry is used only to deliver the contracted service to that customer. It is not pooled across customers and is not used to train models that serve other customers.

Each customer's telemetry, derived models, and alerts run in an isolated tenant. Retention periods are set per engagement and stated in the applicable agreement.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is role-scoped and audit-logged. We do not currently hold SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification; when we do, it will be stated here and the report made available under NDA.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by writing to the contact address below.
